Professional women's football in Israel's top division - with a direct pathway to European football through our official partnership with Villarreal CF.
Maccabi Kishronot Hadera is a professional women's football club based in Hadera, Israel. We compete in Ligat Nashim - Israel's top women's football division - and finished the 2025/26 season as National Cup Finalists.
Our senior squad trains at the Hapoel Stadium, Hadera - a professional facility with covered stands and full club infrastructure. Founded in 2004, the club has been a consistent presence in Ligat Nashim, Israel's top women's division, and this season reached the Women's State Cup Final - our biggest stage yet. We run youth teams at multiple age levels.
Through our official partnership with Villarreal CF, our players compete with access to Spanish football methodology and a genuine European development pathway - one that has already produced a transfer to La Liga Femenina.
At Maccabi Kishronot Hadera, we believe every girl deserves the chance to grow - not just as a footballer, but as a person. From our youngest Trumiyot all the way to the senior Ligat Nashim team, our academy is built on professional coaching, personal development, and a love for the game.
Our competitive teams train with the same professional standards as our senior Ligat Nashim squad. We look for potential, attitude, and commitment. Selection is by invitation - if you're interested, reach out and we'll be in touch.
Our open enrollment groups welcome every girl - no tryouts, no prior experience needed. We develop each player at her own pace, in a supportive environment where confidence, teamwork, and love of the game come first.
The 2025/26 season ended at the Women's State Cup Final at Netanya's Maryam Stadium - in front of a packed crowd. Reaching a national final is never accidental. It reflects a season of hard work, consistency, and belief from every player and member of the coaching staff.
"Reaching a final is never accidental. It reflects the hard work, resilience, consistency, and belief shown throughout the season by our players, coaching staff, management, and everyone behind the scenes." - Evi Avrahami, CEO
Maccabi Kishronot Hadera is the official partner club of Villarreal CF in Israel and Cyprus - confirmed on Villarreal's own website. The partnership brings Spanish football methodology, coaching exchanges, and development camps to our players.
From Hadera to La Liga F. Simona Meijer joined us at 18. After three years of development - including a loan to Keflavík in Iceland's top division - she trialled at Villarreal in December 2024 and was signed. She now plays in La Liga Femenina, one of the world's top women's leagues. The pathway is active and real.
